The high performing Human Resources team is highly respected and needs a hands-on, safe pair of hands to manage the team, get involved in TUPE, complex cases and providing the strategic lead.
It is a dynamic role that will utilise and challenge your strong generalist experience including recruitment, succession planning, budgetary control, collaboration with the senior management team, pay and reward, disciplinaries and grievance and change management.
This role is predicted to last 9-12 months and requires a strong commitment to completion. Ideally the successful candidate will hold a CIPD qualification, be a successful team manager and have the natural ability to influence, communicate and display credibility. Personality fit is key to this role - you will be a positive, professional individual who is happy to take on a contract and build relationships quickly.
