This role will suit a proactive, professional and approachable individual who has experience of holding a stand-alone role within a small or medium-sized organisation. The successful applicant will be CIPD qualified or equivalent (qualified by experience) and have excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude. It is essential that the job holder is used to managing the administration of the role as well as supporting and advising senior management on all aspects of HR.
